The Dallas-based family of restaurants has seven locations in the DFW Metroplex and dishes out perfectly smoked brisket, pulled chicken, pork ribs, jalapeño sausage and more along with savory scratch-made sides like potato salad, coleslaw, BBQ beans and their famously colossal onion rings. Hungry customers at the original Inwood restaurant place orders at the counter before saddling up to vintage school desks where they can dig in with warm tableside barbecue sauce to spice up their meal.
